With over two decades in the IT solutions and system integration business, Steven first began his career by building a range of expertise in project management, enterprise solutions, transition management, and service delivery at a leading SI company in Malaysia. In 2013, he joined JOS Malaysia as Head of Service Delivery and has been credited for successfully managing a turnaround of JOS Malaysia’s business. Through his current role as Managing Director, Steven heads P&L management, new solution business planning and execution, people management and customer relationship management.
Steven holds a BSc degree in internet technology from Staffordshire University, UK, and a diploma in electronic & electrical engineering from Malaysia’s Federal Institute of Technology.
